The Ultimate Protection – XPEL Ultimate and Opti-Coat Pro Plus
This 2016 Corvette Z06 with 2200 miles on the clock came in for a paint correction, XPEL Ultimate to protect the front and Opti-Coat Pro Plus.
We gave it a full decontamination wash, which includes chemically removing ferrous materials that are embedded into the paint and wheels, and a clay bar treatment to remove contaminants that are bonded to the paint. We then spent many man hours correcting the paint to remove all the fine scratches and swirls. We the use a solution to remove any leftover oils from the polish.
Once the correction process is completed, we then wrapped the bumper, fenders, hood, and mirrors in XPEL Ultimate. Once the film is installed, we the coated the Z06 in Opti-Coat Pro Plus. We applied the coating the all the painted surfaces, plastic trim, headlights, side, rear windows, and wheel faces.
Opti-Coat Pro Plus and XPEL Ultimate compliment each other perfectly. XPEL provides the physical protection against chipping and road debris. Opti-Coat Pro Plus, provides the chemical protection against the acidic environment and increased paint hardness. Additional benefits include ease of maintenance, amazing gloss and slickness. Never have to wax again. People can’t help but stare that the beauty of the Z06, but it now looks that much better. Other Z06 owners will be jealous!
